Q. How many font colors can I have on each banner or magnet?
A. Each line of text can only have one color. If you have more than one line of text you can have different colors for each line at no additional charge. The font colors you can choose are: White / Black / Yellow / Cherry / Pink / Orange / Purple / Sapphire Blue / Arctic Blue / Teal / Dark Green / Green / Gold / Silver. You have to individually specify the color for each line of text when you make an order.
Q. What are the available background colors for each banner?
A. Available Colors for the banners are: Black / White / Yellow / Red / Dark Blue. You have to specify the background color when you make an order.
Q. What are the available background colors for each magnet?
A. White is the only available color for magnet backgrounds.
Q. Can we add logos or graphics?
A. Yes, however special prices apply. Email us your logo and we'll email you a quote.
Q. Are special sizes available for my banner?
A. In an effort to keep prices affordable, your banner must be one of our standard sizes.
Q. Do you offer vertical print banners?
A. No, we do not. The set up of vertical banners would be very time consuming, and would not allow us to keep prices low.
Q. Can you print on both sides of my banner?
A. Yes, however, you would need to contact us for special pricing.
Q. Do the banners have slits for wind?
A. We do not cut wind slits in our banners. Our banners are heavy enough to hold up in low to moderate winds without resorting to wind slits. If you care to, you can use bungee cords instead of regular rope to relieve some of the strain from heavier winds.
Q. Do the banners come with holes for hanging?
A. Yes, your banner will come with the proper number of grommets (metal reinforced holes) to hang it safely.
Q. Will I be able to see what my banner will look like before I order or give my credit card number?
A. We are not prepared to design banners without an order.
Q. When can I see a proof of my banner?
A. We will email you a proof within 2 business days of your order.
Q. Can I make changes after I see the proof?
A. Yes, we will gladly make reasonable changes or corrections once you’ve seen your proof.
Q. How long will it take before I receive my finished banner?
A. We will ship your banner from 1-2 business days after we receive your proof approval. Shipping will take from 1-4 business days, depending on your location. You should expect to receive your banner 2-6 business days after placing your order.
Q. Is there a way to track the shipping of my order?
A. UPS will email you a tracking number and estimated delivery date after they have picked up your banner.
Q. What are your shipping charges?
A. UPS offers standard shipping of $9 per order. Next-day rate is $40; two-day rate is $20. Discounts apply for multiple banner orders.
Q. What is the best way to store my banner?
A. Store your banner rolled up printed side out in the box in which we send it. Never fold it. Keep your banner away from extreme heat – that means, don’t leave it in your car for extended periods of time. Take good care of your banner and it will give you years of excellent service.
Q. Is it possible to order by phone or fax, rather that with a credit card? I’m worried about credit card fraud on the Internet.
A. Our ordering system and “Shopping Cart” offer a high level of credit card security. This method of payment is also faster and more accurate. Keep in mind that most credit card companies protect their cardholders from fraud loss.
